Six Roots of Health

As an integrated health coach Juan's purpose is to empower others by supplying them with the information and practical knowledge to take control of their days. Taking a 360° look at a person's overall health and caring about you as a person, understanding that there is more to your world then eating and working out.

I look at what I call your Six Roots of health:

  1. Sleep and Recovery (resilience to stress)
  2. Nutrition
  3. Movement
  4. Beliefs systems (mindset and emotions)
  5. Relationships
  6. Environment
